A team - that sticks together

What are the most important things you look for when you recruit or get recruited?

For me, these are the things which I look for -
Team synergy is of utmost importance to me when you work with like-minded self-motivated people it creates a positive environment, and gives each a space to be creative (even in making mistakes).
Shared vision is also important as it brings people together and drives sense of purpose in people, which leads to wonders.
Another important thing is latest tech stack. It's crucial to align with the cutting-edge tech used in the industry.

It also brings another point which is being adaptable. In tech field, things are moving at godspeed, and you have to roll with the tide and keep yourself ready to learn new things every single day.

Another important attribute is Problem-solving attitude in people. People who approach challenges with a positive and solution-oriented mindset can contribute to a resilient team.

Setting the right supportive work culture. Do we care about the work done on time? Yes, offcourse. But how many hours you clocked-in, that's none of our business. Simple as that!

We are strong promoters of organizing one's work around one's life and not the other way round. This fundamental thought process encouraged us to go for a complete remote model with permanent work from home, flexible work timings, and support for part-time work. The model offers flexibility to the people to balance their life and work effectively and build a happy and sustainable ecosystem.
